Strength & Movement Coach

A specialist in developmental movement training individually or as a group and with those returning from injury/illness, Richard assesses health and strengthens the body using natural movement patterns.

Richard also designs and implements sports-specific programmes, as well as nutritional programmes based on a client's own needs and goals.
